Meet Cambresia
Practical education for Africa’s next generation.
Cambresia is developing academic study and the Prosper Programme for ages 8–18 across Africa, starting with South Africa and Zimbabwe. Prosper is developed by chartered accountants and funded by businesses and senior executives from different backgrounds.
Our purpose
Learn skills that apply beyond the classroom.
Academic study develops subject knowledge. Prosper helps children practise budgeting, enterprise, technology and civic reasoning earlier, with a planned community that connects learners across family backgrounds.
What guides the work.
Make ideas visible
Use images, films, demonstrations and practical examples.
Keep independent judgement
Ask questions, check evidence and explain decisions.
Put care first
Develop clear safeguarding, support and communication arrangements.
Be clear about progress
Distinguish proposed ideas from confirmed services and approved arrangements.
